Survived the first week!

Just started my second week of contracting and am so far am absolutely loving it - although I still can't quite get my head round the fact that I could be dinged out within a week - I know I probably won't be, but it just seems to be a different way of working

With a full time job you do seem to work at slightly below your peak and it can be easy to get de-motivated sometimes whereas with contracting it seems as though you know you always have to be at your best and motivation is never a problem.

It's certainly a more exciting way to live, but whether I'll be able to get use to the insecurity is another thing.
